Silk Cluster participated in the OHS Training held at Bara, District Khyber
Under the Khyber Pass Economic Corridor (KPEC), a two-day Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) Training Session was conducted for members of the Silk Cluster on 10–11 February 2026 at the Agriculture Training Center, Bara, District Khyber. The session was organized with the technical support of Rescue 1122.
The training was designed to strengthen workplace safety standards and improve emergency preparedness within the Silk Cluster. Key areas covered during the session included workplace and fire safety, emergency response and first aid, electrical and chemical safety measures, as well as hygiene and safe handling practices.
The initiative reflects KPEC’s continued commitment to enhancing capacity building, promoting safe working environments, and supporting sustainable economic development in District Khyber.
